The 100-Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course at RISHIKESH YOGA PRAKASH is designed to develop Yoga Teaching skills by understanding the root principles of ancient yoga traditions.

The course is ideal for those who aim to take Yoga teachings as a profession as well as for those who want to experience and follow yoga as a path of holistic living.

We are committed and focused on imparting authentic teachings of traditional yoga with combination of modern 100 hour yoga teacher training in order to enhance and improve your knowledge and skills to become an inspiring yoga teacher.

We conduct our 100 hour yoga teachers training program and Yoga Retreats primarily in Rishikesh (India), Singapore, China and Bali (Indonesia). Our thorough syllabus covers each and every aspect of yoga science including theoretical and practical aspects of yoga practices.

The TTC program has 8-12 hours of classes scheduled a day, with one rest day per week. Here is an example schedule:

Guidelines & Etiquettes for 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training In Rishikesh

At RISHIKESH YOGA PRAKASH, we strive to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere and so, we expect respectful behavior on the premises at all times. Showing disrespect to below guidelines and etiquettes may result in termination of your Yoga Teacher Training course, without any reimbursement of course fee.

Be on time for all theory and practical classes and stay for the length of every class. We recommend you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your class, which allows you to have sufficient time for any necessary preparation. Any type of audio, video recording or photography is not permitted without prior approval.

Inside the yoga studio, eating and drinking is not allowed (except water). Remove your footwear before entering the yoga studio. Do not bring your personal belongings (Jewelry, wrist watches, extra clothing, books, wallet, money etc.) inside the yoga studio. We take no responsibility of any lost and theft of your personal belongings.

Do not miss scheduled classes. Please inform your teacher or manager in advance, if you are not feeling well. It’s important to attend all scheduled activities/ceremonies organized by RISHIKESH YOGA PRAKASH.

Smoking, any kind of drugs and alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the premise.

Please do inform us in advance, if you have visiting friends or relatives during your course. Outside visitors are not allowed for overnight stay. They are permitted to meet you only during day hours.

Section 8

Food & Accommodation

We provide two full yogic meals and one time tea with snacks everyday. We have dedicated team of professional cooks, who prepare the meal close to SATTVIC yogic diet. Brunch and dinner contains mix variety of seasonable fruits and vegetables, sugar and milk free porridge, lentils, wheat bread, grains, chapattis, tofu, soup, fibers, nuts, butter, muesli, yogurt, honey and pickle. We get most of our food items directly from organic farm, depending on the availability of the product. Our meals are Indian vegetarian yogic food, but not vegan food. In the essence, all your meals are planned to provide you enough nourishment, but at the same time you will feel light and healthy.

Accommodation at Rishikesh Yoga Prakash

RISHIKESH YOGA PRAKASH provides neat and clean accommodation with attached bathrooms. Our yoga school is surrounded by various guesthouses in RamJula. Each room is based on twin sharing or if available, you may wish to choose private room, which depends on availability. Each room will have a cupboard, bedding, and private bathroom with hot and cold-water facility. Please note that, we don’t provide laundry facility. All the students generally hand wash the clothes, but if you wish to avail the laundry facility (at extra cost), please contact the reception and you will be directed towards it. There is free WI-FI in the Ashram. On your day off, you may wish to choose various activities during your day off and enjoy the outside local food, shopping, river rafting, bungee jumping etc. Indian traditional masala chai (generally known as Indian tea). You will see lots of cows, dogs and wild monkeys while exploring the street of Ram Jhoola. Feel free to feed them with love with respect, but don’t get too close to the wild monkeys. The entire area of Rishikesh is full of spiritual vibration, which you will certainly feel during your stay here.

Refund Policy

The 20% deposit that you pay as a registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you fail to cancel your course 45 days in advance before the starting date of the course, it will be considered as late cancellation. The course fee is non-refundable for late cancellations. You can transfer your course fee to your friend or family member, who might be interested in the same course or any other course at RISHIKESH YOGA PRAKASH within one year of course date. No show is considered as no refund and no transfer.

If you cancel 45 days before starting date of the course, this will be considered as early cancellation. We shall fully refund your course fee, but registration fee is not refundable. For all refunds, there is 5% of administrative charge. You can transfer your course fee to your friend or family member, who might be interested in the same course or any other course at RISHIKESH YOGA PRAKASH within one year of course date. We accept all early cancellation only via emails, must be received before 45 days, on a business day and during working hours. Business days are from Monday to Friday and working hours are 10 AM – 6 PM (India time zone).

RISHIKESH YOGA PRAKASH reserves all the rights to cancel, postpone and change our studio location due to low enrolment or any un-avoidable circumstances. If any course is cancelled from our side, we shall refund you fully. No administrative charges shall be applied on this refund. Bank transfer fees shall be born by us. Not only this, but we would be happy to extend additional 15 % discount for any of your next course with us.

Please note that payment of your deposit is required to secure your place and until we have received this we are not able to guarantee your position on the course. Note: After successful registration, remaining fee will be deposited at the time of School visit or Course Orientation.

NOTE: Pick up and drop off to the local airport. Local airport is: Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, 20 min drive from our Yoga School. If you plan to take taxi from New Delhi International Airport to our Yoga School, we are happy to assist you, but all the travel cost shall be born by you.
