Prakash is a native of Rishikesh – the birthplace of Yoga. For over ten years, Prakash studied at many of India’s most illustrious Yoga Schools and under renowned Yoga Masters Shri O. P. Tiwari and Swami Rama. In that time, Prakash gained deep knowledge and insight into Yogic Philosophy through the study of various traditional text on Hatha and Raja Yoga, Vedic scriptures and modern science. For the last 18 years, Prakash has been using traditional Himalayan methods to teach Yoga and Meditation across Asia.

Prakash has conducted numerous Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Retreats, Workshops, Meditation seminars and camps across Asia including Macau, Hong-Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines to preach this ancient practice and has trained numerous Asian celebrities.
Prakash believes that Yoga is the key to unlocking self-realisation and happiness in life.

His teaching method focuses on bringing body and mind together in unity through breathing, postures and mindfulness. While Prakash has a deep knowledge of various Yoga techniques, he specializes in Yoga Postures, Yogic breathing patterns, deep relaxation methods Pranayama, Yogic Sukshma Vyamas, Yogic cleansing process for internal cleansing and Meditation.

Yogi Kamal Singh was born and raised in Rishikesh, India, the Yoga Capital of the World. As a young man Kamal travelled India for 7 years learning from different Yoga teachers across the country. He has trained in many traditions, and holds certifications from the Bihar School Of Yoga, Sivananda Academy, as well as a Masters Degree in Yoga Studies from Garwhal University and an E-RYT 500 designation from the Yoga Alliance.

Kamal brings the depth of his background to the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and has developed a unique style of teaching that combines high energy, precise alignment and powerful adjustments that help make this dynamic practice approachable, safe and transformative for people of all levels of experience. His ability to motivate and inspire people to probe the depths of their practice, combined with a sensitivity to the unique needs of each individual body and mind, have made him one of the most popular teachers of the Ashtanga Vinyasa style in India, attracting a diverse group of students from all over the world. Since 2007, Kamal has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga in his hometown of Rishikesh.

Anup is specialized is Hatha Yoga Postures, Yogic Cleansing methods, Pranayama and Meditation to all level of hatha yoga, from beginners to advanced.For the last sixteen years, Yogi Aunp is currently conduction 200 hours hatha yoga teacher training in China and Dubai.

Yogini Sujata is a Certified Yoga Instructor with more than fifteen years of teaching experience in the United States, Indonesia, Singapore and India. She is registered with the International Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher as well as a provider for continuing education in yoga.

Sujata holds master degree in yogic science and she has led numerous corporate trainings, classes, workshops, teacher trainings and seminars on a wide range of topics related to wellness including yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She holds dual post-graduate diplomas in Complementary Health (England) and Mass Communications (India).

Dr. Satyam is an Ayurveda & Yoga Therapy Consultant. He is well trained in Ayurveda Medicine, Yoga & Rehabilitation and former clinical scientist/research officer in Yoga and Allied Sciences. At present, he is Director of Union Yoga Ayurveda Singapore and organizes various trainings and certificate courses of Yoga and Ayurveda. He is a supporting member of International Association of Yoga Therapist and accordingly he travels extensively around India and abroad, to give treatment, workshops, talks and lectures when time permits. Dr Satyam holds a Bachelor Degree in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD).Expertise of Dr. Satyam’s includes — Anatomy, Physiology, Applied anatomy & physiology, Patho-Physiology, Application of yoga to cure different diseases at different levels of Panchkosa. His dream is to reach out those who are in need as much as he can with a vision to expand more holistic medical centers with the combined treatment of the best Western and Eastern medicine.

Professor Sahay has more than 35 years of teaching experience. Since 1977, he has been a RESEARCH OFFICER in Phylosophico-Literary Research Department at KAIVALYADHAMA and Senior Lecturer of “Hatha Yoga” & “Patanjali Yoga Sutra” at KAIVALYADHAMA. He is still the Managing Editor for “Yoga Mimansa” and Assistant Director of Research as well as Head of the Department of PLRD. Since last 10 years, Professor Sahay has been extensively travelling to Singapore, South Kores, China, Germany, Switzerland to conduct Yoga Seminars, Teachers Training Courses and Pranayama Trainings.

One of the text book he has recently published is “HATHA YOGA PRADIPIKA by SVATMARAMA” – Commented in English with special notes and meaning of each word of the verse to facilitate the students. Translation and Commentary on the same book has been published in Chinese language as well. He has published Shiva Samhita, Vasistha Samhita, Yoga Kosha, Asana Why & How, Critical Edition of Jyotsna on Hathapradipika, Joga Pradipyaka by Yoga Karika by Hariharananda Aranya, Yoga for Wellness etc.
