Best Time to Practicing Yoga

To live a healthy and fulfilled life, it is must to develop a disciplined home yoga practice. We all know that, yoga helps bring good health, happiness and peace in mind. Yoga also brings and further spreads positivity in the external environment. In my personal experience, developing a home practice simply means spreading positivity. This positivity can be felt among our family member, friends and relatives. Here, I would like to share few useful tips for developing a fruitful home practice:

Morning Time

It is best to practice yoga early in the morning when the atmosphere is charged with spiritual vibrations. Morning time our body has more energy, especially after a blissful sleep. Our mind is more calm and quiet. Our external environment is also less noisy. Please make sure to practice yoga with empty stomach before breakfast. It is also important to clear the bowels and take shower, which brings a sense of freshness in the body.

Evening Time

Evening time is best, if you don’t get time to practice yoga in the morning. Yoga practice in late afternoon will help to release the tension for the entire day. It will also bring blissful sleep, which further gives good energy for the next day. So, Practicing yoga either in the morning or evening both are fruitful. All aspects of yoga should be practiced in a balanced way, which includes Yoga Postures, Breathing, Cleansing and Meditation. Not only the practical aspect but also, I would suggest practicing the theoretical aspect of yoga in day-to-day life, which includes study of Holy Scriptures such as BHAGAWAT GITA.

Please make sure to practice yoga with empty stomach before breakfast. It is also important to clear the bowels and take shower, which brings a sense of freshness in the body.

Yoga is all about a matter of experience. Practice and feel the difference. Morning yoga recharges the body with good amount of energy that remains for the entire day.
